The City of Kings is a series about heaven and the majestic city of light.
I dashed down towards the city of light quickly while the two angels spun around me. As I drew near to the ground in front of the gates, the angels turned into mist and disappeared. My feet lightly touched the ground after I decreased my speed.
The giant angels waited for me to pass under their giant wings. There I was, skipping joyfully to the beautiful birds’ music as they welcomed me to this large city. It looked like the sun was nesting on a sea of jewels. The buildings were larger than anything I saw on earth.
Eden held my hand firmly to guide my flight above the Crowned Jewel, the heart of the city. I saw fields of wonder, if wonder could have an appearance. The Crowned Jewel was structured like a giant emerald stone, and I knew that Jesus’ Throne was inside this emerald! Millions of children walked up beautiful golden steps into the emerald with no doors; they just phased into the crystal.
We walked through the forest until we came to a thick brush of trees. There was no path to continue walking, for the trees had moved and covered the way. My companion, who met me at the gate, suggested we continue to walk.
Inside the forest was like a dream. The smell of such a place was rich with all the scents you would receive on earth. I could smell each pine, oak, weeping willow, and many others in the forest individually. They were their own, in a way. The voices coming from the forest were kind, soft as the leaves responded to the wind. They indeed were singing.
